The villa is located in a small villa complex, Lealawadee; all have a very generous layout and a large garden area. The villa has a living area of approx. 440 sqm, with a 2,000 sqm tropical garden for exclusive use. The housemaid comes once a week.
The villa was built in a special Bali-Thai design and is therefore unique here with us at Dolphinbay. The construction and safety standard is European. All rooms are sufficiently air-conditioned, and it also has its own drinking water purification system of very good quality. In the evening, the entire property and the garden are illuminated, which gives it a completely different charm once again. The pool deck, as well as the illuminated pool, are lit up in color. Enjoy the starry sky with a glass of wine. The 2 outdoor salas, with bar area, seating area for 8 people, sink, refrigerator, grill, have ceiling fans, and additionally there are a number of movable systems. This way you can be sure to enjoy a pleasant evening even on warmer days.
The pool is a seawater system, with a separate whirlpool, with a very large overflow, and is maintained by an Australian cleaning system. This way you always have a wonderful bathing experience, without chemicals! The water is crystal clear. The maximum depth is 1.70 meters. With the comfortable sun loungers, with umbrella, on the pool deck, it is a great alternative to the nearby beach.
For longer stays, we recommend renting a car to explore the beautiful surroundings. We are happy to make you an offer. We ourselves like to go by bicycle to the beach, for coffee or also for good wine, in one of the typical restaurants. A well-developed, safe bicycle path starts right outside your front door, taking you 30 KM along the beaches, Dolphin Bay, and Praknampran.
Accents of bright colors, modern paintings with a love for the smallest detail inside this villa lift your spirits and make you feel like you’re on vacation here. Nothing is dull or boring in this extraordinary villa. Asian motifs appear in the decoration with many natural stones, wood, authentic vases, pretty statues, and many flowers. In the morning you listen to the chatter of the birds. Impressive mountain views present themselves, reminding you that you are on vacation in a tropical country.
The layout of the holiday accommodation offers comfortable living spaces for a variety of occasions - be it families with children, older people, or younger people. The main house is accessible for the disabled and suitable for wheelchair users.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private entrance, is equipped to the standards of a super deluxe hotel room, and is very well designed. Each room has its own bathroom, large beds with orthopedic mattresses, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private terrace. In addition to the rooms, which offer privacy for each guest, there is enough space in the villa for comfortable entertaining among friends and family. A cozy living room with a modern sofa and a 55-inch television. A complete, very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a dining table both inside and outside. Malee-Garden is located near Huahin, between Pranburi and Sam Roi Yot.
2.5 hours south of Bangkok International Airport, in a quiet location.
It's 180 KM to Bangkok city.
Approximately 5 minutes driving time by bicycle, car, or scooter, about 1,000 meters, to the beautiful beaches of Dolphin Bay and Praknambran.
In our opinion, the beach at Sam Roi Yot is the most beautiful beach that the area around Huahin has to offer. The original way of life, as well as the many small local restaurants and bars, offer an exotic oasis for relaxation and bathing. Enjoy a beach massage. A small supermarket. 7/11 for quick needs is located about 500m away, further larger local markets are about 3 km away. The nearest, very large shopping center, with many shops is located in Pranburi, about 10 km away. It is about 30 km drive to Huahin center. The nearest restaurant is 300 meters away. In 500 meters, you will find a large resort, with tennis courts, water slides, and a good European restaurant. The small wine cellar is not to be underestimated.
Pizza and other dishes are delivered to the house for free from there, as well as from many other restaurants. Our manager will be happy to help you with that.
Golf enthusiasts will certainly find something in this area. There are about ten golf courses available, all within a radius of 15 kilometers. 10 world-class places, there are still a very large number of local golf courses, mostly owned by the army. The nearest course is about 5 minutes away (approximately €3). The cost of golf ranges from €3 to €150, per round, depending on the choice of course.

In addition to the large shopping malls in Hua Hin, it is definitely worth exploring the more typical Thailand. The name Khao Sam Roi Yot means "mountain with 300 peaks," which quite accurately describes the landscape. The rugged limestone hills rise up to 605 meters directly from the Gulf of Thailand. The western part of the park consists of about 36.8 square kilometers of freshwater marshlands. Along the coast, there are mangrove swamps. In the park, there are still a few specimens of the rare goat-like species known as "Mainland Serow" (Nemorhaedus sumatraensis), the Javan macaque, and the Southern Spectacled Langur populate the beach and the area around the park headquarters; occasionally, even an Irrawaddy dolphin (Orcaella brevirostris) is said to pass by. Other rare animal species that have been sighted here include types of lorises, leopards, and the banded linsang. This national park also hosts a wide variety of birds, up to 28 species of larger waterfowl, the white-bellied sea eagle, various species of storks and herons are observed here.

In Sam Roi Yot, there is no distinct rainy season. For this reason, the best-known neighbor, the Royal Family of Thailand, maintains their private residence here. Last year, we only had a few days of rain, meaning that it would rain for 1 or 2 hours, and shortly thereafter the sun would shine again.
