Description
Twin house, 2 parts, each with an area of approx. 95 m2. The house is open all year round, heated, additionally there is a fireplace stove at the guests' disposal, wood is available on site (payable locally). Every house has its own garden, terrace and parking space. The property is fenced, illuminated. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), living room with fireplace, kitchenette and large comfortable table. Outside terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, hammock, deckchairs, garden cottage. Guests can use bicycles, a windbreak and a beach umbrella. The house is fully equipped. In the kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishes and utensils all year round for all guests, including dogs. Please inform us in advance about your dog's arrival, there is a fee of 5 Euros per day and per dog.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a small, quiet seaside village Łukęcin (Luketin), surrounded by pine forest, not far from the beach about 250-300m. The location of the house provides a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone. We invite guests seeking peace and quiet, walking along the beach, cycling, jogging or sunbathing. You can also walk in the company of dogs, entrance to the beach free of charge. In the nearby (4 km) Dziwnowek you can practice water sports surfing, windsurfing, in Kolczewo (18 km) there is a golf course.
Łukęcin is also a great starting point for exploring Western Pomerania, Kolobrzeg, Trzebiatow, Gryfice, Kamien Pomorski, Wolin, Miedzyzdroje and Swinoujscie. The nearest airport - Szczecin/Goleniów - is about 50 km away.
