Beautiful quiet location, only 700 meters to the dog beach at the Grevelingenmeer.

Living room with comfortable sofa and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom on the ground floor.
Upper floor
On the 2nd floor there is then another bedroom with a double bed, where you will have dreamlike dreams. There is also another room with 2 single beds
At the back of the cottage there is a fantastic completely fenced terrace with comfortable lounge furniture.

Our cozy house is close to the beaches of the North Sea and Brouwersdam. A beautiful walk of about 5 minutes along the old wall on the dike and you are already at the North Sea and Brouwersdam.
By car, it's 2 minutes to Brouwersdam with FREE PARKING:
TIP: At the beach of Scharendijke on the North Sea: free parking is right by the water. If you want, you can engage in fantastic water sports in the North Sea (1500 m away)
and Lake Grevelingen (100 m away). By bicycle, you can reach the North Sea as well as the lively town of Renesse via bike paths. You can pass Renesse through the dunes on beautiful shell paths to Burgh-Haamstede and further through the Oosterscheldekering, the nature reserve Kwade Hoek near Ouddorp, the towns of Brouwershaven, Veere, and Zierikzee.

The weather on Schouwen-Duiveland is almost always better than the rest of the Netherlands. It has the most hours of sunshine, but it is striking that predictions about rain and wind in the Netherlands often pass by Scharendijke. The wind plays the biggest role
On very hot summer days there may be lake fog in the afternoon. The temperature is then in a very short time more than 5 degrees down. This is often a very welcome refreshment.

For the 3rd time in a row
A great house in a super location. Not far from the sea and the harbor. Some other beaches and small towns are easily reachable by car.
We feel very comfortable there.

: Lovingly furnished holiday home
House from 1778 was lovingly and stylishly furnished by the owner. Everything you need is available. Very nice owner who provided us with detailed personal information about the area and excursions upon arrival. We felt very comfortable here.

Outside nice, inside ugly...
We booked this accommodation because of the great location. Unfortunately, the location was the only positive aspect. The staircase to the bedroom is extremely narrow, I couldn't walk up it while heavily pregnant, and our dogs wouldn't have been able to either. We had to sleep on the couch on the ground floor. The bathroom extractor fan rattles so loudly that we couldn't get much sleep. The heaters also don't work properly, and it was freezing cold in the toilet. The equipment in the kitchen is outrageous. Knives that do not cut, pans that have no coating left, and expired spices. . . never again!

Die Treppe hat eine normale Größe und Ihr Hund kann auf dem Bett oder auf der Couch schlafen. Wie Sie wissen, gibt es auch ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss.
