Description

Villa Nada is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city of Vodnjan. The popular Peroj Beach is 6 km away from the house.
Pula Airport is km from Ville Nada.

6 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate large groups of guests, up to 14 people. The house is rented as one unit, to one group of guests.

The house is divided into 3 floors:

Ground floor - spacious dining room with 2 tables and kitchen

1st floor - 3 standalone apartments, each with a bedroom, bathroom and living room; one apartment also has its own kitchen
Apartment 1 - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and balcony
Apartment 2 - bedroom, bathroom, and living room
Apartment 3 - bedroom, bathroom, and living room

2nd floor - 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, spacious living room with billiards and table football, balcony with a view of the Brijuni Islands

Barbecue and parking are available. Small wine cellar is featured.
