Description
The holiday home is located in the direct vicinity of the natural beach of Bockholm on a green, overgrown property with plenty of space to play and relax. Here you will find, among other things, a bed with Mediterranean herbs.
The living room with dining area is bright and friendly and flows into the open kitchen area with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and extensive equipment. A wood-burning stove spreads cosy warmth and comfort on colder days.
There are three bedrooms with wardrobes and freshly made beds (140x200, 160x200, bunk bed) for two persons each. A toddler's bed and a toddler's chair can be provided if required.
The washing machine is also located in the daylight-bright shower room with skylight. Towels and bath mats are provided for you.
Directly at the house, the east terrace invites you to breakfast and the south-west terrace to a barbecue at sunset. At the same time, you will always find a shady spot. Both terraces are partially covered and fully equipped with garden furniture. A parasol, two garden loungers and a barbecue are of course also included.
There is storage space for two to three bicycles in the garden shed. A small side room next to the house entrance offers additional storage space.
From 2020, the canoe belonging to the house for up to four people including accessories may be used at your own risk.
A parking space is located at the entrance to the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Bockholm is located on the Flensburg Outer Fjord, near Glücksburg and the Holnis peninsula. The Flensburg Fjord is an approximately 40 km long Baltic Sea fjord in the north-east of Schleswig Holstein. The varied, hilly coastal landscape, with many beautiful beaches, varied, green coastal sections and the rather mild maritime climate offer the best conditions for a relaxing holiday.
Only a few steps away from the house, the Baltic Sea coastal hiking trail leads along.
In a few minutes you can reach the natural beach of Bockholm. Depending on the water level, short or longer walks along the shore are possible here. Holnis with its fine sandy 1.6 km long beach is a 15-minute walk away. The adjacent beautiful nature reserve and the Holnisspitze invite you to take a walk or a short circular hike.
The town of Glückburg with its sights and leisure activities is only 3 km away. Here you will also find various shopping facilities and a wide range of restaurants. Flensburg is 15 km away.
The marinas in Schausende, Bockholmwik and Langballigau are also close by. Langballigau is also a very nice place to end the day at sunset over the fjord with a glass of wine and a delicious fish sandwich.
In the immediate vicinity (2 km) is the Förde Golf Club Glücksburg.
An excursion to the Geltinger Birk or to the Schlei, for example to Schleswig to the Viking Museum Haithabu, is certainly also an experience.
