Beatrix holiday home is 100% renovated on the ground floor and first floor. The cottage is equipped with new furniture and 10 new box spring beds of 90x200 cm. The holiday home is on a private property and has 3 parking spaces. The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave/oven.
On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet and a washbasin.
The garden with terrace facing south is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and also has a canopy.

The bungalow park "De Keizerskroon" is a quiet, spacious park and is very child-friendly. Nearby you can enjoy the beach and the sea. In spring there are beautiful flower fields to admire. Nearby is a 9-hole golf course (A status) par 70 and a subtropical swimming pool. Direction Den Helder is the departure to Texel Island, the Marine Museum and the International Rescue Museum. In Huisduinen you will find the Museum Fort Kijkduin of Napoleon and the North Sea Aquarium.

Family vacation
In search of a vacation home with 5 bedrooms, I decided on this property; as there is 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom on the ground floor. This is very important for families traveling with a person with limited mobility. The rooms are all large enough and the beds are also big. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the beautiful garden due to the weather, but it is also large enough for many people. The park itself has some playgrounds and there is a football field. There is also a restaurant on site.
The kitchen is well equipped; one or two utensils could be replaced, but everything we needed was available.
The provider was always reachable and friendly for any inquiries, so we can recommend it without hesitation.

Rip-off in Corona times
When North Holland was a coronavirus crisis area and we had to cancel our vacation rental, the landlord simply kept the deposit, tourist tax, and the unused cleaning of the holiday home without refunding them. I cannot recommend entering into a rental agreement with this landlord.
