With a direct view of the dyke and wonderful North Sea air, the holiday home Deichglück awaits you in a prime location for your stay on the North Sea coast at the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park.
It is situated in the first row behind the dyke in a quiet cul-de-sac only a few steps away from the main beach and the Trischendamm, a 2.2 km long coastal protection dam and hiking trail through the middle of the Wadden Sea. The centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze with a bakery, restaurants, souvenir shops, bicycle and go-kart rental etc. is 50 metres away.
We took over the holiday home in 2019 and extensively modernised it in 2020 - the result is a modernly furnished holiday home that offers everything you need on a good 60m² and at the same time has retained its cosy cottage character. The highlights include:

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is in a prime location in FriedrichskoogSpitze. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can experience the tides in the Wadden Sea National Park. On the large green beach you can relax in a beach chair with a wonderful view of the natural spectacle. Children can play safely and romp in the mudflats.
A special feature in FriedrichskoogSpitze is the Trischendamm. This is a paved path that leads 2.2 km into the mudflats. During a hike on the Trischendamm or on the dike, you can explore the Wadden Sea, see the salt marshes, the birds and enjoy the healthy North Sea air.
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday day can be reached on foot from the holiday home - even with children. Cars can be left on the driveway! The dyke, the main beach and the Trischendamm are 200 m away. After 100 - 300 m you reach shops, spa administration, restaurants, kiosk, children's playground, beach volleyball. Fresh bread rolls for breakfast, an ice cream in the sun, a fish sandwich in between or a delicious dinner can be found here. There is also a bicycle and go-kart rental service on site.
There is a large Rewe and an Edeka supermarket 4 km away. Here you will also find the seal station, where you can admire seals up close. For rainy days, the indoor play paradise Willi Wal is available for children.

Autumn vacation
We felt very comfortable. We spent a great week here with our two children during the autumn holidays. Everything in the holiday home was perfect. Nothing was missing, and the amenities were more than great. Despite construction work on the dike, we had a wonderful time. The landlord, Mr. Tilly, was always reachable, and we felt very welcome here. The contact was very friendly, even before the trip. We would love to come back again.

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomiziel
We visited the holiday home of the Tilly family before Easter. In advance, the booking and all communication with Mr. Tilly was always quick, competent, and extremely friendly. We had to cancel our stay once, and that was also handled quickly and easily. Now we finally spent Easter in Friedrichskoog-Spitze and we really enjoyed it. The house corresponds to the descriptions and is very tastefully and lovingly decorated. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is available. We really enjoyed the terrace with a view of the dyke and the "private" garden. The proximity to shops, bakeries, and restaurants, combined with the peaceful location, was perfect for us. The area is perfect for unwinding, as well as for taking long walks and bike rides. Excursions to the surrounding area are also possible. For us, Friedrichskog and the "Tillys' Cottage" are perfect and we will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it.
