In the southwest of Crete you live on 70 qm
You rent a modern furnished semi-detached house with 70qm, which allows a generous, open living, on three levels. The house is suitable for 1-3 persons. The house can be rented all year round. A wood-burning stove and an electric heating allow a comfortable, cosy atmosphere also in spring, autumn and winter.
The daylight bath with shower and the equipment of the kitchen have everything you need for a pleasant time out. A high plateau made of wood invites you to linger or as a sleeping area for a 3rd person. A simple guest bed for a 4th person is possible on request. From the kitchen you reach a sunny terrace of 20 sqm with a view of the valley, the mountains and a small section of the sea.
The spacious sleeping and living area is located in the basement and offers a spacious living area with a walk-in closet. From here you can also reach the large terrace and the garden.
The second half of the semi-detached house is used by the owner herself as a time-out.

Wardrobe, eat-in kitchen with access to a sunny terrace.
Kitchen equipment: Two-plate gas stove, electric kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, complete crockery, cutlery and pots for up to 3 people.

Plateau
Above the kitchen there is a wooden plateau. There is a single bed that can also be used as a sofa.
Bed-living room in the basement:
A large bedroom/living room with a brick bed (), sofa, fireplace, air conditioning and walk-in closet, which offers ample and clearly arranged space.
Information for families with children:
For families with small children the house is rather unsuitable. In the house there are two stairs, one staircase leads from the kitchen to the wooden plateau, the second down to the living/bedroom.

The house is situated on a 2300sqm large plot in a quiet, sun-drenched hillside location in Anidri, a small mountain village above Paleochora, 75km from Chania airport.
Paleochora, a picturesque fishing village, with small narrow streets, is situated on a promontory in the southwest of the island of Crete. Paleochora has retained its Cretan charm despite tourism.
