Description
There is also a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a storage room/pantry adjacent to the kitchen with plenty of shelf space, a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. All beds in both bedrooms are made of Swiss pine wood from our own trees, the floors in the bedrooms and the living room are made of untreated spruce wood. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people.

Location and surroundings of object
Our farm is situated at 1500m in an idyllic, quiet hamlet at the back of the Val Passiria in South Tyrol, 2km above Platt, surrounded by impressive mountains. We are not directly on the main road of the village, a small paved access road (passable by any car) of about 50 metres separates us from it. Directly at the farm is a large car park, partly also covered (carport for 2 cars), where you can park your car. Our farm is surrounded by our meadows/fields. The location of the farm and the flat is very quiet, in the middle of nature! From the balcony and the terrace of the holiday flat you have a great view of the mountains all around. There are many hiking possibilities directly from our farm, you can immediately "get into" nature. The nearest village with shopping facilities, 2 restaurants and bus stop is 8 minutes away by car. In the hamlet of Ulfas itself, there is a farm tavern from mid-May to early October with warm dishes, breakfast on reservation, as well as coffee and cake. Several alpine pastures with bar in summer can be easily reached in 1-2 hours from the farm.

Super Relaxing Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation with the Pöll Strottner family. The beautiful holiday apartment is very cozy and tastefully furnished; nothing is missing. After wonderful hikes and day trips in the beautiful surroundings (postcard idyll), you can relax in the evening on the balcony with a wide view over the Passeiertal or in the Tyrolean "living room" parlor. an oasis of peace and a fantastic view
A delightful holiday accommodation where you feel 'at home' immediately. Super friendly owners, a cozy interior of the apartment, and a view that makes you keep looking around. It was still cold for the time of year, but the cottage was warm and the wood stove worked perfectly. Dagmar and Alfredo are incredibly welcoming and positive. It was truly a week to remember forever.

very nice holiday apartment, superbly equipped, quiet location
A very beautiful spacious holiday apartment, with a fantastic view. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet. A place to unwind and relax. Exactly what we were looking for. There are shopping opportunities in Platt or in Moos. Having your own car is helpful. That way, you are flexible. The nearest bus stop is in Platt (about 3 km and 300 meters lower). For us, this was not a problem.
We felt very comfortable during the holiday week and undertook very nice hikes, despite the snow and rain. We will definitely come back.

Breathtaking view
Peace, beautiful views, cozy apartment, very nice landlords, very clean and everything sustainable. Fresh milk every day, very tasty. The Tyrolean room with the original Tyrolean stove is a real highlight. We will gladly come back.
