Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2006, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in a modern and functional manner. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the lake and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: terrace, garden furniture, lift, and courtyard.

Csopak. The holiday flat is located on a 6000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Lift in the building. Close to the beach and Lake Balaton. The flat is located directly on the Csopak promenade. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and smoke detectors.

Railway line 800 m. Main road 600 m. Children's playground 100 m. In summer: Balaton beach 50 m in Csopak (beach 50 m in Csopak with grass and sand). Csopak: Fishing 150 m, horse riding 1500 m, boat dock 250 m and tennis 500 m. In winter: Ski lift 25 km in Veszprém. Veszprém: Ski rental 15 km and ski school, toboggan run each 25 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor, is covered, and leads via an internal staircase directly into the anteroom. The apartment building has a lift. Living/bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV, radio, dining area (5 seats) and access to the terrace (19 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 sun lounger). American kitchen in the living/bedroom (10 sqm) with TV, dining area (5 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, fridge (180 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Hallway (6 sqm) with seating area and TV. Separate WC (6 sqm) with shower, 2 washbasins, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) (only suitable for children under 11 years) and access to the terrace.

and the service on their part
It looked a bit different on site, nothing was done about the loud noises mentioned next to the apartment at night
We were also accused of deliberately destroying the blinds, which we had only lowered once, with a 100.00 euro retention of the deposit
As a result, we allow ourselves to be shown everything.
