With its beautiful south-facing terrace and large plot (1200 m²), this detached holiday home offers the best conditions for those seeking rest and relaxation, to soak up the sun and simply feel at home. With 90 m² of living space, it is the ideal accommodation for 2-6 people.
A parking space is located on the property directly at the house.
Wi-Fi connection and telephone connections within Germany are free of charge.

Light-flooded living room with pull-out couch (two sleeping accommodations), underfloor heating, interior blinds with privacy screen and blackout, flat-screen TV (cable TV) with DVD player, stereo system with CD player, USB and I-Pod connection

| The price per day is for 2 adults. Each additional adult = 20,00 € / day Per child from four up to and including 14 years = 5,00 € / day. Children under the age of four stay with us free of charge. Linen package B per person € 13.00: Includes 1 sheet, 1 duvet cover and 1 pillowcase. Linen package C per person € 13.00: Includes 1 large shower towel, 2 hand towels, 2 guest towels, 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel. If you would like a linen package, everything will of course be ready for you when you arrive and the beds will be made up. If you require further linen packages for your stay in the holiday home, please inform me in writing at least 5 days before your arrival. |
