The accommodation is located in the basement (Tiefparterre) of an Art Nouveau villa in Merseburg built around the turn of the century (1900).
The centre of Merseburg with the most important sights can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. The Saale cycle path runs in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to go cycling. Excursions are possible from Merseburg to explore the many cultural, technical and scenic highlights of the region.
The spacious holiday flat offers accommodation for two people, maximum for three people.

The holiday flat is in a quiet location about 500 m north of the city centre in the immediate vicinity of the city park and about 100 m east of the Saale river. With the tram, stop is nearby, trips to Halle and to the health resort Bad Dürrenberg are possible.
Merseburg lies within an area enclosed by three motorways. To the north runs the A 14 from Dresden to Magdeburg, to the east the A 9 from Nuremberg to Berlin and to the south the A 38 from Leipzig to Göttingen.
Merseburg, the cathedral and university city on the Saale, is one of the oldest cities in central Germany and is considered the home of the Merseburg Magic Sayings, the only oldest Old High German language testimony to Germanic paganism.
Above the Saale river, the city is picturesquely overlooked by the many-towered cathedral and palace ensemble, bordered by the beautiful palace garden, which is included in the cultural-historical network "Garden Dreams - Historical Parks in Saxony-Anhalt".
With the well-known raven legend, the raven became the mascot of the Saalekreis district town.
A must for every visitor: St. John and Laurence Cathedral, one of Merseburg's architectural monuments on the "Romanesque Road" tourist route. Venerable curiae housing art and gastronomic experiences, smart town houses and spacious parks give the former diocesan and ducal seat its individual atmosphere.

I have worked in Raffinerie Total Mittel Deutschland for almost one year and stayed in this accommodation for the almost one year, The landlord is very helpfull and really nice. I liked the accommodation very much and never had a problem. Thank you very much fam. Kroemer for the nice time I have had !!!

Schlechte Kommunikation
I inquired via email but received a rejection as the apartment had already been booked. It remained available until the end according to the occupancy schedule. I did not receive a response to my follow-up inquiry about when the apartment will be available again.
