The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and boat dock.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

5 bicycles. In the complex: boat rental. Kayak and SUP rental

Shopping 10 m, restaurant 10 m, town centre 100 m. Train station, airport each 30 km in Zadar. In summer: Adriatic Sea 10 m in Verunic (beach 500 m in Verunic with sand, stones, and rocks). Tennis, diving each 5 km in Bozava. Dog beach, fishing, water sports opportunities, boat rental each 20 m in Verunic. 20 metres to SUP, kayak, boat, and bicycle rental.

Bedroom (15 sqm, not heated) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (10 sqm, walkthrough room) with TV, dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm, not heated) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
