Located in a very quiet area, with a private property of 840 sqm, it features a 4 x 8 meter private pool, which is equipped with Roman steps for easy access.
The large garden is beautifully landscaped, with a variety of Mediterranean plants and several sun terraces, one of which is by the pool. Four sun loungers and a seating area invite you to relax. A parasol and a grill are also available. The bedrooms can be air-conditioned and thus always offer pleasant room temperatures even during the summer months.
In the colder seasons, a gas central heating system is available.
A parking space is located within the private property.
An internet connection (fiber optic 400 Mb) is available at no extra charge.
The villa has a living space of 90 sqm. It accommodates four people. It has a spacious living-dining room with German satellite TV and access to the covered, furnished terrace. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (single mattresses 90x200cm). Fly screens are fitted on the windows. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet are available. The kitchen is extensively equipped, with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, smoothie maker, toaster, and cooler bag with batteries. Additionally, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Great vacation home
We spent two weeks in the villa and felt very comfortable. It offers enough space for two children and adults, a great pool, and everything else you need - as well as all amenities (dishwasher, fast internet, washing machine, dryer). The location between Valencia and Alicante is good, and both cities are worth a visit. The house is a bit remote, and there is no infrastructure like shops or bars in the immediate vicinity. But it is very quiet, you can reach a beautiful beach in fifteen minutes and several supermarkets in ten minutes. However, you need a car. We had a wonderful time.

Superb holiday home
The house is very well equipped and offers plenty of space for 4 people. It is modernly furnished and super clean. The pool is great and very large. The residential area is very quiet and well-kept. The communication with the owner and the manager directly on site is fast and uncomplicated. We can definitely recommend the house. We liked it very much there.

Beautiful holiday in a top ambiance
We (family) were very excited to be able to spend our vacation in this great house with a fantastic pool. Peace and relaxation were very important to us and we found both here. The house is located in a very quiet area and is easily accessible. It offers all the comforts. We were completely satisfied with everything and would love to come back.
