House Nina is a private apartment house with two apartments on the ground floor and a separate bungalow
The bungalow is well equipped with terrace, living room with open kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bright, cosy kitchen is equipped with hotplate, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all essential cookware. Living room with comfortable sofa bed, chair bed and TV corner, spacious bedroom with double bed. Terrace with access to the garden with barbecue and children's playground. Parking directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our apartments are situated in a scenic location in the fishing village of Chlapowo, a suburb of the well-known resort of Wladyslawowo at the entrance to the Hel peninsula. It is about 500 m easy walk to the wide Baltic Sea beach. Wladyslawowo itself offers all facilities for tourists, including a performance centre with indoor swimming pool and wellness facilities, an outdoor climbing park and a large fairground, which is very popular with children. There are well-developed cycle paths to Hela, Krokowa and Puck. The most popular water sports area of the Gdañsk Bay is located to the east, with opportunities for swimming, sailing, motor boating, surfing and kiting. To the west are wooded areas with opportunities for hiking. To the south begins the beautiful landscape of the Kashubian Lake District.
Culture and sightseeing opportunities in Krokowa, Puck, Swazewo and of course Gdynia, Sopot and Gdansk.

Food and shopping possibilities close by. Wladyslawowo is within walking distance and offers all the necessary facilities, supermarkets, a large tourist area with many restaurants and leisure facilities. Very large shopping centres from approx. 20 km distance.
The colloquial language is Polish, but especially in the region around Wladyslawowo there are many Poles who speak English or even German.

wonderful vacation
It was a wonderful vacation on the Polish Baltic Sea. We rented the bungalow and were well taken care of. The facilities were very good and everything was in the best condition. The location away from the hustle and bustle was good, but you can still reach the center in a few minutes to dine in one of the numerous restaurants. The flat sandy beach can be reached in about 10 minutes via various access points. It was very busy, but if you go a bit further away, you can have peace and quiet. In a few minutes by car, you can stock up on larger supermarkets. The vehicle is secure on the property. We brought our bicycles and took beautiful tours on well-developed cycle paths. The warm nature of Mrs. Kesselheim, who is always available for a conversation and very helpful, made the vacation perfect. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Highly recommended
The hostess, Mrs. Kesselheim, is a very friendly and warm lady. You can tell she enjoys life and her role as a hostess. We were welcomed very nicely and the bungalow was well equipped and clean. The beach was about 700m away from the accommodation. Arriving early ensures the best spots.
Personally, we will visit Mrs. Kesselheim again next year. She is like a grandma to our little boy.

Wonderful
It was a wonderful holiday, the bungalow was in excellent condition. Mrs. Kesselheim is a very nice hostess, if necessary she is there with help and advice. There are plenty of places to visit, the Hel peninsula is highly recommended. Once again a thank you to Mrs Kesselheim.

A super holiday
We were at the Polish Baltic Sea for the first time and it captivated us. We rented the bungalow and were very satisfied with it. The equipment was very good and everything was in the best condition. The location away from the hustle and bustle was excellent. Nevertheless, it only takes a few minutes to get to the centre to eat in one of the many restaurants. The flat sandy beach can be reached in about 10 minutes via various accesses. The beach was very well frequented, but a bit off the beaten track you have your peace and quiet. In a few minutes drive you can get supplies in larger supermarkets. The car is secured on the property. Many sights can be visited from here. Cyclists also get their money's worth on well-developed cycle paths. And last but not least, the cordial nature of Mrs Kesselheim, who is always available for a chat and very helpful. Thank you for two wonderful weeks.

Beautiful holiday
We were at the Polish Baltic Sea for the first time and can only recommend it.
It was wonderful. The bungalow is just great and super equipped. The landlady, Mrs. Kesselheim, is super warm, totally fond of children, was always available to answer our questions and gave us a warm welcome. We felt comfortable all around.
The place is also perfect, there are many sights and a beautiful beach.
Everything was just perfect.

holiday for the second time
I was here last year and I must say that the standard is still very high. The hostess, Mrs Kesselheim, is very kind and always there to help if there is a problem or if you have any questions. I have deliberately left out the word "endeavoured" because that would not correspond to the fact. We booked the small flat this year because it would have been a bit too cramped for us (wife, adult son, adult daughter with boyfriend and me). And I have to say, it was a relaxing holiday. The possibilities for excursions are enormous. About Gdansk, the flag bunkers on Hel, the maize labyrinth, the Lunapark, the climbing park to name a few, are not far away.
Sorry Mrs Kesselheim, not to write too much about the accommodation again, but it is perfect and you are a wonderful hostess

Urlaub im Juli 2020
Übers Internet habe ich nach einem Haus an der polnischen Ostsee für meine Frau, meinen zwei erwachsenden Kindern und mich gesucht. Meine Wahl ist auf das oben genannte Haus Nina gefallen. Bei der Ankunft waren wir über die herzliche Art von unseren Vermieterin überrascht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und auch praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Außerdem ist ein großer Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und ein Gasherd mit vier Brennzellen vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher mit Satelliten-TV (für deutsche Sender), den wir aber nicht genutzt haben.
Da wir zwei erwachsende Kinder haben, haben wir den Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück zwar nicht genutzt, aber auch dieser sieht sehr toll und gepflegt aus. Also auch was für kleine Kinder. Die Strandnähe hat uns dort sehr viel Zeit verbringen lassen. wenn man sich von den Zugängen zum Strand etwas entfernt hat, ist der Strand auch nicht überlaufen gewesen. Und auch der Strand sowie der ganze Ort sind sehr sauber gewesen. Auch das Angebot für große Kinder oder Erwachsene ist toll. Wir waren auf der Halbinsel Hel und haben uns die Bunkeranlagen angeschaut. Allein die Erbsensuppe aus der Gulaschkanone sind die 34 km wert gewesen. Unsere Kinder haben auch intensiv den Kletterwald genutzt, der im Ort vorhanden ist.
Und zu unser Vermieterin Frau Kesselheim.
Sie ist eine ganz liebe und fürsorgliche Vermieterin. Aber auf eine Art die nicht aufdringlich ist. Auf Fragen hat sie immer eine Antwort und setzt diese auch gleich um.
Als wir angekommen sind, aht sie uns auch zu einem vorzüglichen Restaurant geführt, wo deutsch gesprochen wurde, das Essen sehr lecker war und auch das Essen erklärt wurde auf deutsch. Und das für kleines Geld. 21-25 Euro für 4 Erwachsende ist für mich kein Geld.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten, der für Kinder ideal ist (Spielhaus, große Wiese, etc.). Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen, aufgehoben und wie zu Hause gefühlt. An dieser Stelle ein ganz großes Dankeschön für die wunderbare Zeit an unsere liebe Vermieterin.
Das Ferienhaus ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Dieser ist ideal zum Baden, Schwimmen und Sandburgen bauen.
Wir würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder an diesem schönen Ort in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Nach einer langen Reise, sind wir sehr herzlich entgegen genommen worden.
Das Bungalow hat alles was man braucht und alles war sehr sauber!
Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Außerdem ist es auch sehr Kinderfreundlich.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann es auch zu 100% Empfehlen.

Sehr gern wieder....
Sehr gern immer wieder, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Sehr Herzlicher Empfang, sehr von vorteil das sie Polnisch und Deutsch spricht. Ist direkt eine runde mit uns gefahren um uns zuzeigen wo was ist. Dadurch fühlten wir uns sehr schnell angekommen. Im Bungalow war alles vorhanden und in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand. Wie können es 1000%ig weiterempfehlen. Danke normal an Frau Kesselheim für ihre liebe Gastfreundlichkeit und ihr warmes Herz.
