Description
Our generously equipped semi-detached house offers sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people and 1 baby.
On the ground floor is the open living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. A high chair is available for the little guests.
There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and another newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.
A children's travel bed is available.
The fourth bedroom is located in the converted attic which can be reached via a space-saving staircase.
All windows are equipped with roller shutters for darkening.
There are many board games for young and old for fun evenings. There are also plenty of colouring and craft books, pens and children's books.
If you wish, you can rent bed linen from us.
This is a non-smoking house!
When the weather is nice, the terrace with the fenced garden invites you to relax.
Garden chairs, garden table, sun loungers and a barbecue can be found in the adjacent garden hut.

Our house is located at Tegeler Plate 12 (no through traffic). The house has 2 parking spaces and a terrace with a fenced garden.
Bakery, restaurants and bicycle rental are in the immediate vicinity
Our house is centrally located in the village of Hooksiel, which has a historic old harbour and an outer harbour.
Hooksiel and the surrounding area offer good shopping facilities and great restaurants. Especially for lovers of fish and everything the sea has to offer. At the old harbour you can buy fresh crabs directly from the cutter.
The village offers a long sandy beach with beach chairs, which is divided into a bathing beach, a dog beach and a nudist beach. In bad weather, there is an indoor seawater swimming pool.
