American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (connecting room) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 3 rings), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC and window.
