Description

Our luxuriously furnished, cosy 65 sqm - holiday flat with 30m² garden terrace is located in a quiet residential area, completely separate on the ground floor of a brand new detached house on a south-facing slope. It is furnished and decorated with high quality, brand new furniture. Cosiness and high-end electronics with WLAN, 2 SMART-TVs in the living room and bedroom (55" and 49"), BOSE-Home Cinema and Playstation PS4 guarantee holiday enjoyment even if the weather should not be so good. From the living and dining area and the garden terrace with patio furniture and large parasol, you can enjoy the fantastic view over the Black Forest to the Swiss Alps.

The luxurious flat is classified by the German Tourism Association for 2 persons and awarded with 5*****. This guarantees holidays at the highest level and dreamlike star holidays. And with the free Hochschwarzwald Card, we show expensive holidays the red card!



Equipment details
All rooms are equipped with external blinds as well as curtains and can also be darkened during the day. Underfloor heating in all rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms are laid with hygienic, homely design flooring, the other rooms with elegant tiles. The flat is connected to the internet and equipped with satellite TV/radio reception

The spacious living/dining area with integrated kitchen measures 34m². The living area is both luxuriously and comfortably furnished and offers a guarantee for relaxing evenings after your excursions or also relaxing entertaining time in bad weather. The comfortable sofa set with 3 sofa beds can accommodate 6 people. You will really feel at home here in front of the elegant white cabinet wall and the exclusive Smart-TV/Home Cinema entertainment equipment (SAMSUNG / BOSE) and enjoy your holiday. Two people can also sleep comfortably here. In addition, a sideboard with beautiful decoration adorns the room.

In the spacious dining area, a solid oak table for up to 6 people offers you a cosy place for sociable evenings with family and friends. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - in addition to all kitchen utensils, a ceramic hob with direct extractor fan, a multifunction oven, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer combination and a dishwasher are available

The bedroom - 14m²: You will sleep and relax comfortably in the 180x200cm high-quality box spring bed with comfort mattresses and topper as well as summer and winter duvets - or watch TV comfortably with the 49" smart TV on the opposite wall. A large wardrobe offers you enough space for your holiday wardrobe even during a longer stay. There is also a safe for valuables and laptop/tablet. From the bedroom you have direct access to the garden and the sun terrace.

The modern luxury bathroom - 5 sqm: The spacious comfort whirl bath "Lupor" with air system invites you to relax. It is large enough for 2 people and has a bar shower. A separate 1.20 m shower area with a 30 cm Raindance shower, hand shower and designer glass wall will meet all your needs. In addition, a wall-hung washdown WC and a washbasin with vanity unit await you here. An illuminated bathroom mirror, a super cosmetic mirror, a bathroom scale, 2 hairdryers as well as sufficient storage space and shelves are naturally available. We provide 1 towel and 1 bath towel per person free of charge

The reception - 8.5 sqm: In addition to a wardrobe, the reception also has a shoe cupboard with storage and mirror. Through the large reception door with glass cut-out, you have an inviting view into the beautiful living area.

The utility room - 3.5m²: Here you will find a utility cupboard with the household and sequipment and the technical centre as well as a washing machine and dryer for free use.

The terrace - 30 sqm: You have access to the large south-facing garden terrace, which is equipped with outdoor lighting and a power socket, from the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom. A large round garden table with 4 garden chairs as well as 2 sun loungers offer you the opportunity to relax and unwind in your holiday home, weather permitting. For your private barbecue feast and sizzling pleasure, an electric garden barbecue is ready for you. A large awning offers you complete sun protection over the entire terrace.

Your flat is located in the middle of the Black Forest in Kappel, a district of the municipality of Lenzkirch, at the foot of the Hochfirst.

Lenzkirch is a municipality and a climatic health resort in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald in Baden-Württemberg near Lake Titi, Lake Schluchsee and the Feldberg.

Your flat is ideally located for many excursions in the border triangle of Germany-France-Switzerland, quite centrally between Lake Constance and Alsace.

Up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip: 80% of the contractually agreed rental price (excluding final cleaning) iv. Up until the day of arrival: 100% of the contractually agreed rental price (excluding final cleaning)

Shops and restaurants:
If you want fresh bread rolls every morning, there is a bread roll service in town. A great Edeka market is open in Lenzkirch (3km) MO-FR 08:00-20:00 and SA 08:00-16:00. There are many other specialist shops here. Lidl and Aldi are in Titisee-Neustadt, 7 and 10km away respectively.

The rustic Gasthof Blume is located directly in the village and can be reached quickly on foot. There are many other recommendable restaurants in the village. You will find a detailed restaurant guide in the flat.
