On the large, roofed terrace you can enjoy fantastic sunsets. The light-flooded rooms of the house create a pleasant homely atmosphere. The open plan living/dining area with integrated and fully equipped kitchen is generously proportioned and modernly furnished. Next to it you will find two bedrooms. One with a wide double bed, one with a wide sofa bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower.

Location and surroundings of object
Casa “Las Palmeras” offers a combination of tranquility and panoramic views. Idyllically situated on a gentle hill, from here you look out over the green fields to the Atlantic. The house is located in the rural area of Conil, and from the terrace you can hear the chirping of birds and the clucking of chickens from the neighborhood. A few cats live in the vicinity of the house and occasionally visit the terrace. The small garden behind the house is available for your private use.
You have parking directly next to the entrance.
To get to the nearest town, Conil, you only need about 7 minutes by car. The beaches and shopping facilities are also only 7 minutes away by car.

You will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit if the cancellation occurs within a maximum of 48 hours after booking. If you cancel at least 14 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the reservation deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival will not result in a refund of the deposit. The remaining payment must be deposited into our account no later than 14 days before arrival. If you cancel at least 7 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the remaining payment. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, a refund of the payment is no longer possible.

Magical five weeks
Marita is a great vacation home owner, friendly and approachable if you have any questions. You stay on her property, yet you have complete privacy.
The view of the sea in the distance is fantastic. The palms under which you sit for breakfast, lunch or dinner give it an almost Caribbean flair. There is a lot to listen to and see.
The cozy wooden house is just right for two people. It has everything you need for self-catering. And if you need a little more utensils: just ask Marita.
The shower is walk-in, and the hot water is well adjustable. And there is even a drinking water treatment system.
We can fully recommend this vacation home.
