Here you book reliably and affordably with me directly without commission fees, but with the experience of 34 years of renting to numerous satisfied regular and winter guests. My quietly situated, renovated village house in the romantic town of Le Plan de la Tour – is bright and elegantly furnished, equipped with tasteful paintings, offers a lot of comfort, fully air-conditioned in all rooms and with automatic ventilation.
New louvered shutters also protect against too much light and too much sun – in addition, insulation provides good energy efficiency! The popular "Mas de Village" has a very good, clever layout, spread over the ground floor and first floor. With us you will not find any built-in sleeping galleries in the living room – instead, all 3 separate bedrooms plus a winter garden room for relaxing or use as an office – additionally, the living-dining room are separate and can be used independently – an enormous advantage for a relaxing holiday, especially if you want to enjoy our house undisturbed and comfortably with several people! On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and window, a separate WC, and an adjoining bedroom with access to the shower room and washing machine – both rooms offer a view of and access to the enclosed, lovely garden with terrace.
On the first floor, in addition to two separate, beautiful bedrooms, a separate winter garden room awaits you for relaxing, bright and with a large panoramic window and mountain view! All five rooms look out through large window fronts into the distance and onto the wonderful landscape!
All three bedrooms have a spacious built-in wardrobe with sliding doors.
In addition, on the first floor you have a second, larger bathroom with a bathtub and window, as well as a separate WC, also with a window, at your disposal!
In the living/dining room you will find a hi-fi sound system with very beautiful sound and the latest technology, such as Bluetooth, USB Direct for MP3 playback, CD player, MP3-CD, and radio, etc. etc. There is also a flat-screen satellite TV with many German, French, and English channels waiting for you.
The "Mas de Village" is sheltered from the wind and peacefully situated on a hill at the end of the charming and historic old town of Plan de la Tour, offering a wonderful panoramic view all around, with a view to the front of the old town and green spaces, and to the back of green spaces and the Maures mountains, and thus offers you a total of five bright, light-filled, and sun-drenched rooms. The winter garden can be used as an additional room with a large panoramic window and its own door for relaxing or separately as an office. Your Mas de Village is quietly and very securely located in a small, very well-kept residential complex with only 6 houses. The entrance gate can only be opened with a code. We also offer you 2 private parking spaces reserved exclusively for you and a small south-east garden, beautifully green, blooming and grown in, enclosed with a large wooden terrace, dining table, chairs, and sun loungers – wonderfully sheltered from the wind! The garden has a neighbor only on the left side, so the whole thing appears like a corner house.

Plan de la Tour is a romantic, Provençal, and still authentic place; there is no hustle and certainly no mass tourism here – everything takes place wonderfully calmly and serenely – it is very relaxing. . .
The best baker in the village is only 2 minutes on foot from the house – very important . . . and the restaurants with spacious outdoor terraces are only 2 minutes on foot!

I have been renting for 27 years now, some of my guests are regulars, some of them come several times a year, others spend the winter with pleasure, also because of my very reasonable off-season prices with almost 60% discount from November - enjoy this Time, the extremely mild temperatures, and the sunny weeks on the coast from November to March We recommend booking early for the 2019 and 2020 seasons, as many guests arrive very early, some book 1 year and more in advance, especially the high season and all holiday seasons! 2 own, safe and locked parking spaces are available The rental is always from Saturday to Saturday, but you are within the range of the rental period you have chosen Free time - arrive later and/or leave earlier! 3 closed bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, winter garden room for up to 6 persons Cleaning flat rate of € inclusive - this includes beside the cleaning also the garden care ! Maxime only 10 minutes away by car!
Brand new is the wellness center with giant swimming pool Archipel only 5 minutes away by car and the new spacious luxury promenade in Ste. Maxime!
Come and visit, like the connoisseurs and our regular guests do in winter or in the low and off season in this
wonderful area, you benefit from little tourism, empty beaches, relaxed places, many open cafés, restaurants and shops, and enjoy my pleasant discounts of 50%, which also makes it fun to spend the winter. . . .
Hiking in the surroundings of your house, cafés, shops, bakery and very good restaurants within 2-5 minutes walking distance, various beaches with beautiful long bathing beaches at Ste. Maxime with restaurants, amusement parks, large cinema, wellness center – and large swimming pool very close by, nature reserves, rock hikes and various bathing spots are waiting to be discovered.
Also worth seeing is the botanical garden in Ste. Maxime and the original market hall in the old town of Ste. Maxime! Excursion to the Verdon Gorges in the north – visit to the famous monastery Chartreuse de Verne.
Many hiking trails, also in the nature reserve on the coast, are wonderful, and designated cycling tours are exciting as well.
All the neighboring villages are worth seeing, and you will also find various good restaurants here.
The cities of Aix, Cannes, Antibes, and Nice offer numerous sights and museums!
Also visit the wonderful, unspoiled Verdon Gorges with the large bathing lake Ste. Croix - crystal-clear water for swimming or you can take a pedal boat into the gorges. Many beautiful places around the gorges and the lake can be visited, especially Moustiers Ste. Marie with its many shops, galleries, and great restaurants!
Hyeres is also very beautiful with its offshore islands, which you can reach by boat. The probably most beautiful wide sandy beaches can be found here very close by, 10-25 km away; besides the nearby beautiful beaches of Ste. Maxime with the "Nartelle" beaches, there are also the magnificent beaches of Ramatuelle – the "Pampelonne" beaches with some nudist beaches, the beaches of La Croix Valmer – the Gigaro beaches with rocky coves and nature reserve, also wonderful for hiking!
Also the beaches of St. Tropez les Salins are wonderful, the selection is large and each of my regular guests has their own favorite beach!
Book now for next year as a precaution, just like my regular guests do, the popular seasons are always quickly booked up!

Optimal
The house fully corresponds to the pictures and is absolutely well-equipped. Everything needed for cooking is available in the kitchen. Really perfect! We especially liked that the mattresses were very comfortable; there was really no expense spared here. Communication with the landlord was excellent, absolutely uncomplicated. The place Plan de la Tour is worth a trip to the south on its own, very authentic, very good shops, and no mass tourism. We were here mainly for e-bike riding and were not disappointed; there are wonderful trails on former railway tracks (voies vertes) along the coast (Cavalaire) and also further north (Fayosc, Lorgues, Salernes), which are hard to surpass in beauty. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back anytime. Many thanks to the landlords at this point.

Summer in autumn and a cozy wonderful house

Just wonderful!
Dear Mr. Goll,
Your cozy, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished house with the excellently equipped kitchen and the small garden (perfect for dining at home as well) and the not yet overcrowded village with many picturesque corners delighted us completely. It was refreshing to return to this tranquility after outings. For physical well-being, the area is well-equipped with 2 delicious bakeries, 2 good supermarkets (wine and fish selection!), 1 great butcher shop, and 1 convincing selection of restaurants (La Tour du Plan - everything there is truly great!!!). Walks and jogging rounds help burn calories. The charming Plage Nartelle is quickly accessible by car for just short trips to the sea. Thank you very much for all the helpful information, both beforehand and on-site!
