Description
The holiday flat "Sommerfrischler" is located in an old farmhouse, which was built in 1898. After a modernisation in 2016, a cosy holiday flat was created. The flat is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and tub, a living room with sleeping area and a light-flooded veranda. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There is another bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a children's room. Due to the structural conditions of an old farmhouse, the ceiling height in the rooms on the upper floor is 1.80 metres. The bathroom is an exception.

The holiday flat is located in Berkenbrück near the Spree River and offers a varied holiday experience with its proximity to nature. The bathing beach with playground and sports field as well as a small pub are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shopping facilities are in the neighbouring village
