The family-friendly holiday flat consists of 3 rooms, 2 comfortable box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm), a 140 cm wide high-quality sofa bed in the living room, a barrier-free bathroom with sauna, shower, whirlpool bath and WLAN bathroom radio, pet garage parking (with wallbox) and passenger lift. Additional living comfort is provided by underfloor heating throughout the flat and a lift.
The Premium holiday flat also includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with coffee maker, coffee machine (Bosch Tassimo), egg boiler, toaster, waffle iron, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, hairdryer and make-up mirror, ironing board and iron, living and sleeping areas with 3 TV sets, DVD player, blackout, washing machine, electric BBQ grill, seating for 6 people.
Cot, children's cutlery, high chair, travel cot with mattress and trolley are available in the holiday flat.
1 beach chair on the south beach is reserved for you during the season.

Location and surroundings of object
Holiday flat built in 2019, centrally located and only 2 minutes walk to the beach! There you will find a 2 km long and up to 50 m wide, gently sloping and fine sandy beach as well as a breathtaking pier. During the season, the DLRG (German Lifeguard Association) keeps a trained eye on the bathing safety of guests young and old. There is a bakery in the house where you can get bread rolls or have breakfast directly there. On the promenade you will find the swimming pool, many restaurants, cafés and boutiques. The bus station is about 5 minutes away from the flat.

What more could you want...
Very tasteful and cosy flat with comfortable wide beds .The kitchen is well equipped (no clutter ).The location perfect, a few steps further and you are at the beach. Sauna, whirlpool, good wifi. Very nice house in modern architecture. What more could you want.
