Description
A paradise like no other, not only for parents or adults but equally for children.
The house features a living-dining room with a tiled stove and a large flat-screen TV (satellite TV, streaming services like Amazon Prime and Netflix). A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the living room, you can go directly out onto the large terrace into the beautiful nature. A large electric awning and a charcoal grill with a pizza oven are of course included. On the 1st floor, there are 3 rooms. 1 bedroom with a sink, a double bed (160cm) and a wardrobe. From here, you can access a small balcony.
1 pass-through room with a high-quality sofa
which can easily be converted into a full bed (150cm), a shelf with board games and books, and a wardrobe.
1 room with a sink, 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 wardrobe. From here, a small staircase leads to the roof peak (robber's den) with a corner for playing and a corner with a game console and TV. Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney Plus can be used for free on both TVs. Paid content on Amazon Prime may also be rented for a fee. All rooms are equipped with a smoke detector and the living room additionally with a CO detector (carbon monoxide).

The nearest neighbors are far away and you are completely on your own. The property is directly adjacent to a stream where you can cool off in the summer, a zip line for the children (approx. 40m)

Great holiday home for adventure vacation with child(ren)
We (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, and child (6)) spent a wonderful week of vacation at the Waldhaus Lucas. Upon our arrival, the hosts welcomed us personally. The house was very clean and is cozy and lovingly furnished. The location of the house is absolutely quiet, even at night. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped. The huge garden is a great adventure playground for children (and grandpas): Our son loved the zip line, the trampoline, and the table soccer. With grandpa, we played in the creek for hours, and in the evenings we made stick bread by the campfire. A reservoir about 10 minutes away provided the necessary cooling during the summer weather. We found it amazing that there were no mosquitoes or wasps, allowing us to enjoy the warm evenings on the large terrace. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are pleasantly cool at night despite the heat. The area is suitable for great hikes. We can warmly recommend the house for all who love nature, peace, and adventure, and we would gladly come back.

Dream House in the Green for Families
The house is situated in a very quiet location with a wonderful overgrown plot in the Black Forest. Kids can fully enjoy their time with their own cable car, sandbox, and trampoline, while parents can make good use of the large terrace and the grilling area, as well as the lounge chairs. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is even an attic with many toys for bad weather.

Heavenly peace
For the second time, we were able to spend the autumn holidays there, and you simply can't get enough of the heavenly tranquility. The air is simply fantastic, and you can really relax there. There is plenty to experience for children or those who are young at heart. Zipline, soccer, trampoline, Playstation... it never gets boring there. A great tile stove that provides cozy warmth makes everything perfect. The furnishings offer everything you need. Everything is as described. We would love to come back many more times!
