A paradise without equal, not only for parents or adults but also for the children
The house has a living-dining room with tiled stove and large flat-screen TV (satellite TV, streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix). A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet
From the living room you can go directly out onto the large terrace into the beautiful nature. A large electric awning and a charcoal barbecue with pizza oven are of course included
On the first floor there are 3 rooms. 1 bedroom with washbasin, a double bed (160cm) and wardrobe. From here you have access to a small balcony
1 passage room with a high-quality sofa
which can easily be converted into a full-size bed (150cm), a shelf with board games and books and a wardrobe
1 room with washbasin, 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 wardrobe. From here a small staircase leads to the roof top (robber's den) with a corner for playing games and a corner of a games console and TV. Amazon Prime, Netflix and Disney Plus is free to use on both TVs. Paid content on Amazon Prime may also be watched for a fee
All rooms are equipped with a smoke detector and the living room is also equipped with a CO detector (carbon monoxide).

Get out and feel at home immediately. In the midst of beautiful nature, the holiday home is situated on a 3000 m2 plot for exclusive use, which offers you plenty of sun in fine weather. The nearest neighbours are far away and you are completely on your own. The property borders directly on a stream where you can cool off in the summer. New 2020, ropeway for the children (approx. 40m)

Heavenly peace
For the second time, we were able to spend the autumn holidays there, and you simply can't get enough of the heavenly tranquility. The air is simply fantastic, and you can really relax there. There is plenty to experience for children or those who are young at heart. Zipline, soccer, trampoline, Playstation... it never gets boring there. A great tile stove that provides cozy warmth makes everything perfect. The furnishings offer everything you need. Everything is as described. We would love to come back many more times!

Beautiful, quiet holiday home
We had a wonderful time in this quietly located holiday home. Everything was ideally prepared for the children (the finest indoor and outdoor play facilities, baby cot, stool, puzzle...). The kitchen was also very well equipped. Everything went smoothly and without complications. We were completely satisfied!

Romantisches Waldhaus Lucas
Wir hatten eine traumhafte, ruhige und erholsame Woche im Waldhaus Lucas. Es hat einfach Alles perfekt gepasst. Die Lage, die Ruhe, die wunderschöne Natur, der Bach, die Kommunikation mit Herrn Lange. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freuen Uns jetzt schon darauf.

Ein Traumhafter Ruhehort im Wald
Alle die auf der Suche nach Ruhe, Entspannung und Abgeschiedenheit sind werden hier den perfekten Ort vorfinden. Das Haus selbst und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der wahre Schatz des Hauses ist jedoch der Garten, mit einer großen Sonnenterasse, Grillstelle, Feuerstelle, viel Platz für Aktivitäten und sogar einer Eigenen kleinen Erholungsinsel am angrenzenden Fluss. Zum Wandern finden sich auch unendlich viele Ziele in der Näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Begeisterung bei allen Mitgereisten
Dieses Ferienhaus hat alles was es braucht. Es ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Der Gartenbereich ist ein Traum und bietet viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von Fussball über Zipline bis hin zu Trampolin. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannt am Steinofen grillen und unter der Markise in den Gartenstühlen verweilen mit Blick auf das Grundstück. Der Bach der das Grundstück nach hinten raus begrenzt ist die Krönung für dieses idyllische Fleckchen. Das leichte Wasserrauschen lässt einen herrlich entspannen und an warmen Tagen kann man auch mal die Füße ins Wasser baumeln lassen. Der Abstand zu den Nachbarn ist groß genug um seine Ruhe zu haben. Die Besitzer sind gut erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche!

Tolles Haus für Familien mit Kindern in ruhiger, einsamer Lage!
Wir durften eine Woche im Waldhaus Lucas verbringen und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Die Fotos beschreiben das Haus hervorragend. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es ein Traum. Es fehlt wirklich nichts und immer wieder haben wir hier und da noch eine "Überraschung" gefunden. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dem Mieter wird alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was er braucht. Das Haus liegt sehr weit außerhalb, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca 20min entfernt. Das muss man nur wissen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Alles bestens. Unkomplizierter Kontakt, das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön neben einem kleinen Bächlein gelegen. Für Kids gibt es jede Menge zu entdecken und zu tun.

Erholung PUR!
Dieses bis ins letze Detail sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und renovierte Ferienhaus mitsamt dem großen Grundstück ist wirklich ein Traum!!! Mitten im Wald und direkt am Bach kann man Abseits vom Alltag wirklich wieder Energie tanken und die Zeit genießen!
Man fühlt sich einfach direkt wohl und vorallem für die Kinder bietet dieser Ort unzählige Spielmöglichkeiten!
Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt

Süsses kleines Häuschen
Wenn man ankommt fühlt man sich ein bisschen wie Hänsel und Gretel. Ein perfekt eingerichtets Ferienhaus, mitten im nirgendwo. Hier wird man von nichts gestört. Herrlich. Unsere kinder liebten den garten. Absolute Entspannung, für alle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und kommen gerne nochmal wieder, wenn es wärmer ist, damit die kinder auch den Bach nutzen können.
