Description
The small Fehmaran red brick house with 89m² of living space is ideal for couples, families, kiters and surfers.
It is one of four adjoining houses, quietly located in the middle of Bisdorf.
It is newly renovated and lovingly furnished
The garden offers possibilities to relax in the front and in the back of the house.
The beautiful nature of the island makes you want to spend beautiful days here in the middle of the sea.
It is possible to park a boat trailer, surfboards or bicycles.
The Baltic Sea is approx. 5 km away and the Bisdorf farm café is 300 m away.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and play corner for toddler
From here you can access the rear garden area with barbecue and garden chairs.
The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating with table and chairs for up to 6 people and a display cabinet.
From here you can also reach the rear garden area via the patio window.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house.
The lower one has a single bed 0.80x2.00m and a chest of drawers.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a 1,40x2,00m bed, a baby cot and wardrobe and
another bedroom with two 0,90x2,00m single beds.
The new bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a ground-level shower, WC, washing machine and first-aid kit.
The house has WiFi, central heating and is equipped with new wooden floors and tiles.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. We ask you to respect this.
A pet is possible on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The island of Fehmarn lies in the middle of the Baltic Sea, is 185 square kilometres in size and has 74 kilometres of beach. With over 1920 hours of sunshine a year, the island is one of the sunniest regions in Germany and is separated from the mainland by the Fehmarn Sound and from the Fehmarn Belt by Denmark
This is part of the bird flight line, so called because migratory birds take their route here on their flight north and back.
The village of Bisdorf is nestled in meadows and fields and often offers shelter from the sometimes harsh winds of the coast in winter. The old farms with their partly park-like gardens offer holidaymakers fresh sea air, peace and quiet and space for children to play. There are walking and cycling paths around the village all the way to the Baltic Sea with its various beautiful natural beaches and coastal paths.
Bisdorf has a charging station for electric vehicles. The Hofcafé Kuehte, which is known far beyond the borders of the island for its delicious homemade cakes, is in the immediate vicinity.
On Fehmarn you can also simply let your mind wander and gather new strength for everyday life
The good location in the centre of the island offers quick access to Fehmarn's numerous beaches.
The beach "Grüner Brink" is a paradise for children, as the water here is very shallow and they can run far into it.
There is also a dog beach here and another at Bojendorf beach.
Beach chairs can be rented.
Surfing and kiteboarding courses are available nearby.
The Niobe beach, the Beltbude, the Flügger lighthouse and the Jachen Flünk sailing windmill from 1787 as a museum in Lemkenhafen are also worth a visit.
The "Wallnau" nature reserve can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
In Landkirchen, 1.5 km away, there is a bakery, butcher, surf shop, snack bar and restaurant.
Burg offers numerous opportunities for shopping, restaurants, the sea centre, butterfly park, submarine and the Galileo.
From the ferry port of Puttgarden, you can take a day trip to Denmark with Scandlines or visit the huge Bordershop.
Fehmarn offers many opportunities for a relaxing holiday.

Great vacation home!!!
We (4 men) had a very nice time in the holiday house. Nothing is missing at all. Everything is very well thought out. We will definitely come back. :)

Family vacation 2023 in Fehmarn/ Bisdorf
We have been to Fehmarn several times and this was the first house that was clean and I didn't have to clean for 3 hours first, nothing was missing, the landlord (top) very friendly, nice contact. (Contact person also very friendly and immediately on hand) simply top.
We immediately felt at home and that says something.
We have experienced and explored a lot again, this time with the bikes.
And to recommend natural beach in OT Katharinenhof, Grüner Brink beach/promenade (cheap, delicious, rent beach chairs/cheap with playground)
Many village cafes with delicious cakes.
We will come back ???

Highly recommended accommodation
We spent 2 relaxing weeks in holiday house 2. We cycled a lot and enjoyed the scenery. Very interesting island.
