Here you can recharge your batteries and relax!
In our three modernly furnished non-smoking holiday flats, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the town of Sebnitz and the beautiful mountains of Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland
Shutters / blinds and a solidly insulated masonry ensure a pleasant living climate in our holiday flats all year round.
The equipment of the flats includes central heating, satellite TV, radio, free landline telephone and WLAN.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
A natural lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue area and an idyllic breakfast spot with a watercourse await you on the large property.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets

Restaurant, bakery, shopping market, train station and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity.
The town of Sebnitz is a state-recognised resort. The small Saxon town is idyllically nestled between seven mountains and vast forests and meadows - a green town with a heart!
It cordially invites you to walk, hike and enjoy
Many tourist attractions, such as a herbal spa, an artificial flower manufactory, a model railway museum or the municipal collections are always at your disposal. A trip with the National Park Railway, with the Kirnitzschtalbahn, a boat trip in the Upper Lock in the Hinterhermsdorf district or hikes in the Kirnitzschtal are also definitely recommended and unforgettable.

Always a guest at the "Villa Sonnenblick"
We were a family of four (with teenagers) staying in the vacation apartment "Kaiserberg." The apartment is spacious and everything is very clean and comfortably furnished. After a week, all towel sets were exchanged. We really liked this service. We also enjoyed the view over Sebnitz and into the distance. The train station and a LIDL market (across from the train station) are within walking distance. You can start many hiking or sightseeing tours by train in Sebnitz. We had a very friendly contact with the landlord before our arrival, and the contact on site was also very friendly and unobtrusive. We received great excursion tips and helpful information. The surroundings (and even the house itself) were pleasantly quiet. We felt really comfortable and would be happy to stay at "Villa Sonnenblick" again at any time.

Home stay at Villa Sonnenblick, always a pleasure!
Great villa with a great location, well-kept garden and free parking directly at the house.
Friendly host couple who are there to help and advise if needed.
The apartment "Kaiserberg" is spacious, bright and very well equipped
Comfortable kitchen and modern large bathroom, everything very clean!
Small library with interesting selection
Large balcony with sensational view over the beautiful town of Sebnitz.
Ideal starting point for excursions to Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland as well as to the
Capital Dresden .
We thank you and will gladly come again.

Wonderful flat
We thank you very much for the stay in this wonderful holiday flat, whose equipment leaves nothing to be desired
WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE!
Wachberg, Panoramaweg, Arnstein and last but not least the Affensteine with Carolafelsen, Kleines Prebischtor and descent to Sandlochweg were inspiring hiking destinations.
WE WOULD LOVE TO COME AGAIN!

The FW "Kaiserberg" is very bright, has a good size, is very clean, and has everything you need.
The large and modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.
The view from the large balcony is fantastically beautiful!
An ideal starting point for hikes and excursions.
A big and heartfelt THANK YOU to our landlord couple Richter, who gave us many good tips and suggestions for our trips. ❤️ We were able to enjoy our time here and will definitely come back!!!

Great holiday flat
The Kaiserberg holiday flat is a very nice and spacious accommodation with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The very friendly landlord is always available for information and questions. A very good choice in all respects for a relaxing holiday.
