Villa Sonnenblick is situated in a sunny and
and quiet location on the southern slope of the Finkenberg.
Here you can recharge your batteries and relax!
In our three modernly furnished non-smoking holiday flats, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the town of Sebnitz and the beautiful mountains of Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland
Shutters / blinds and a solidly insulated masonry ensure a pleasant living climate in our holiday flats all year round.
The equipment of the flats includes central heating, satellite TV, radio, free landline telephone and WLAN.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
A natural lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue area and an idyllic breakfast spot with a watercourse await you on the large property.

Our house is situated in a sunny and quiet location on the southern slope of the Finkenberg.
All the sights of the town of Sebnitz
are within walking distance.
Restaurant, bakery, shopping market, train station and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity.
The town of Sebnitz is a state-recognised resort. The small Saxon town is idyllically nestled between seven mountains and vast forests and meadows - a green town with a heart!
It cordially invites you to walk, hike and enjoy
Many tourist attractions, such as a herbal spa, an artificial flower manufactory, a model railway museum or the municipal collections are always at your disposal. A trip with the National Park Railway, with the Kirnitzschtalbahn, a boat trip in the Upper Lock in the Hinterhermsdorf district or hikes in the Kirnitzschtal are also definitely recommended and unforgettable.

Home stay at Villa Sonnenblick, always a pleasure!
Great villa with a great location, well-kept garden and free parking directly at the house.
Friendly host couple who are there to help and advise if needed.
The apartment "Kaiserberg" is spacious, bright and very well equipped
Comfortable kitchen and modern large bathroom, everything very clean!
Small library with interesting selection
Large balcony with sensational view over the beautiful town of Sebnitz.
Ideal starting point for excursions to Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland as well as to the
Capital Dresden .

Wonderful flat
We thank you very much for the stay in this wonderful holiday flat, whose equipment leaves nothing to be desired
WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE!
Wachberg, Panoramaweg, Arnstein and last but not least the Affensteine with Carolafelsen, Kleines Prebischtor and descent to Sandlochweg were inspiring hiking destinations.

The FW "Kaiserberg" is very bright, has a good size, is very clean, and has everything you need.
The large and modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.
The view from the large balcony is fantastically beautiful!
An ideal starting point for hikes and excursions.
A big and heartfelt THANK YOU to our landlord couple Richter, who gave us many good tips and suggestions for our trips. ❤️ We were able to enjoy our time here and will definitely come back!!!

Top holiday apartment in a great location
We were four people staying in the Kaiserberg apartment in Sebnitz for five days. The photos and description of the apartment are a perfect fit.
The apartment is nicely equipped within the Villa Sebnitz. The very friendly owners live on the top floor. We were warmly welcomed and shown the apartment.
The location is on a hill in Sebnitz, so you can enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony, where there are also chairs and tables for eating and enjoying.
The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishes, and an oven.
The beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable with very good mattresses. Blinds or blackout curtains allow for a good night's sleep.
There are TVs in each bedroom, as well as in the kitchen and living room. Free Wi-Fi is available.
There is a very good and extensive information folder about the apartment and the surroundings. With the tourist tax, you receive a guest card for the good public transport.
You can hang bathing items and laundry in the garden to dry.
A good bakery can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Lidl is also around a 10-minute walk away.

Kaiserberg
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und modern sowie auf dem neuesten Stand eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und helfen sofort bei Fragen. Alles ist gut erklärt und gut nachvollziehbar. Wir haben uns sehe wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Winterurlaub 2020
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Sebnitz im Urlaub. Wintersport war zwar auf Grund des fehlenden Schnee's nicht möglich, aber wir konnten uns auch so beschäftigen.
Unsere Unterkunft hat uns prima gefallen - sehr großzügiges Platzangebot,alles neu und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Ferienwohnug,die es an nichts vermissen lässt.Freundliche Vermieter helfen gern weiter mit Beratung oder Empfehlungen. Tolle Aussicht auf den Ort und wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht,ist hier genau richtig. Dazu noch ein abgeschlossener Stellplatz auf dem Hof.....Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe .
Ideal für 4 Personen,Familie mit Kindern oder 2 Pärchen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
