This holiday home with a special flair has been awakened from its slumber and has just been freshly renovated and lovingly furnished.
It has a total of three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Also on the upper floor, there is an open gallery as a cosy retreat for relaxing. On the balcony facing west, you can spend cosy evenings with a glass of wine and the relaxing sounds of the adjacent wood and the nearby Schlei.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with adjoining fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace also facing west.
Brand new!!!...Directly at the house is a charging station for electric cars.

The holiday home is located in a small holiday home settlement just a five-minute drive from Kappeln's town centre Ostseefjord Schlei is only a few metres away on foot and several Baltic Sea bathing beaches are also nearby.
The idyllic harbour town of Kappeln on the Schlei and Baltic Sea is a state-recognised health resort, known among other things for the ZDF series "Der Landarzt" as the film location "Deekelsen".
Nestling in a gently rolling landscape directly on the Schlei, close to the Baltic Sea, Kappeln is located in a holiday region that offers ideal conditions for a wide variety of activities on land and water.
With its sights, charming harbour and attractive pedestrian zone, Kappeln invites you to linger. The colourful business world as well as the cosy restaurants and cafés make for a pleasant and entertaining stay.

Well-being holiday
We felt very comfortable in this house and made beautiful cycling tours from here. It has a quiet location and we didn't miss anything in the facilities.
As a nice welcome, there were refreshments ready for us. We were very happy about that and thank you. We would like to come back again.

Quiet house, nice surroundings.
The house is equipped with everything. It is located on a quiet street, not far from the dyke and hiking trail. The only thing is that the stairs are a bit steep, otherwise we were very satisfied. Also with the support. Gladly again.
