You live in a very spacious, comfortably furnished double bungalow for 6 persons with 60 sqm directly in 1st line at the sea. The distance from the terrace to the sea is 50 m. The house has a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and a WC with bidet, washbasin, and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped for 8 persons. The living room has SAT-TV with German programmes. Two bedrooms with double bed and a children's room with bunk bed are equipped with new mattresses, pillows and duvets.
The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun beds. There is also an outside grill and shower. To the bungalow half belongs a car parking space at the roadside and approx. 300 sqm garden portion.

The double bungalow 2A (right side) is located directly in 1st line by the sea, no street or promenade in between.
The property is completely fenced in. The 300m² garden is planted with trees and shrubs and has direct access to the beach with fine white sand. The garden irrigation is fully automatic for the entire season.
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are in direct proximity and nevertheless quietly situated. Between Capo Ferrato and Cala Sizia lies the turquoise blue Costa Rei with 8 kilometres of fine white sand. The clean, crystal clear water invites you to swim and dive
Villasimius in the south and Muravera in the north are about 10 km away.

It costs €50 per week for each double bed and €25 for each single bed. This price includes 2 hand towels and 1 bath towel per person.
A tourist tax of €0.50 to €1 per person per night also applies (children up to 10 years are exempt).

Brilliant location directly at Costa Rei - beach paradise for children
The contact and booking with the landlord was completely uncomplicated. We were on site with our two six-year-old children. In a small front garden with loungers, a sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area, one could relax wonderfully. The children loved breakfast on the terrace in the morning, which had comfortable space for 6 people. The beach begins directly behind the garden gate - a footpath of 30m over fine sandy beach leads directly to the crystal clear water. A supermarket and various restaurants are reachable in 3 minutes. The house is air-conditioned, has a kitchen with an oven and gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, 3 bedrooms, two toilets, and a shower. The top feature was the parking space belonging to the house, just 25m away from the beach access. Everything was perfect for us! A dream for a beach holiday with children. We will come back!
