You live in a very spacious, comfortably furnished double bungalow (left side) for 4 persons with 46 sqm directly in 1st line at the sea. The distance from the terrace to the sea is 50 m. The house has 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped for 6 persons. The living room has SAT-TV with German programmes. The bedroom with double bed and a children's room with bunk bed are equipped with new mattresses, pillows and duvets. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun beds. There is also an outside grill and shower. To the bungalow half belongs a car parking space at the roadside and a garden portion of approx. 300 square meters.

The double bungalow 1B is located directly in 1st line by the sea, no street or promenade in between.
The property is completely fenced in. The 300m² garden is planted with trees and shrubs and has a direct access to the beach with fine white sand. The garden irrigation is fully automatic for the entire season
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are in direct proximity and nevertheless quietly situated. Between Capo Ferrato and Cala Sizia lies the turquoise blue Costa Rei with 8 kilometres of fine white sand. The clean, crystal clear water invites you to swim and dive
Villasimius in the south and Muravera in the north are about 10 km away.

Bed linen costs €50 per double bed per week, €25 per single bed. This price includes the rental of 2 hand towels and 1 bath towel.

Great holiday apartment with prime location directly on the beach
We had wonderful days in this excellently equipped vacation apartment. There was really nothing missing – from the salad spinner to the coffee machine, everything was available that one needs for a comfortable stay.
Especially nice was breakfast on the terrace, which faces directly into the sunrise – a perfect start to the day! The beach is just a stone's throw away, so you can jump straight into the sea in the morning. In the evenings, the surroundings invite relaxed beach walks, where one can end the day in a pleasant atmosphere.
An accommodation that we can wholeheartedly recommend – ideal for anyone seeking peace, nature, and comfort in perfect combination.

Unique location
We had a wonderful vacation in this great house in a unique location right on the beach. In Monte Nai on the enchanting Costa Rei, there was something happening every evening. The beach is clean and the water crystal clear. The small night market took place every evening. There are numerous restaurants, several ice cream parlors, and two supermarkets that can be reached on foot in no time. The house was super clean and has everything you need. The contact with Ms. Costi was absolutely warm!
