The double bungalow half Andrea Doria (left) is about 600 m away from the sea with sea view in Costa Rei. There are altogether 5 sleep possibilities available (1 bedroom with double bed + 1 bedroom with bunk bed + single bed), 1 living room with kitchenette (equipped to 6 persons) + fire-place, 1 bath with WB, shower, WC and bidet, a roofed terrace with sea view and approx. 300 square meter garden with grill and outside shower + a roofed parking bay. Terrace furniture + garden loungers are available. The property is completely fenced in. The object is equipped with air conditioning.

Costa Rei is a holiday resort in the southeast of Sardinia, an island that belongs to Italy. Costa Rei is located about 60 km northeast of Cagliari. Between Capo Ferrato and Cala Sizia lies the turquoise-blue Costa Rei with 8 km of finest sandy beach. The clean, crystal clear water invites you to swim and dive. The nearest towns are Villasimius and Muravera. The double bungalow half is located in the centre of Costa Rei about 600 m from the sea on a quiet side street. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are about 300-500 m away.

Cancellation terms:

The 25% deposit remains with the landlord as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks before the start, the entire rental amount is payable. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Bed linen with hand and bath towels can be rented separately.
The price per week per double bed is €50, per single bed €25. The rental includes 2 hand towels and one bath towel per person.
A tourist tax of €0.50 to €1 per night also applies (children up to 10 years are exempt).
A one-time fee of €70 for check-in must also be paid.

Wellness oasis Costa Rei

We fortunately found this bungalow by chance. The booking was totally uncomplicated. We arrived and immediately felt at home. The bungalow is spotlessly clean and everything was provided for in terms of equipment. The small, beautiful garden is perfect for relaxing. The bungalow is located in a quiet residential area. The beach can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes. Also, a supermarket and various restaurants are nearby. Everything was perfect for us. We spontaneously extended our stay and will definitely come back.

Super nice small bungalow half with great room layout, therefore seems much bigger. Beautiful garden, great terrace, top equipment and everything very clean.
