Come to us to Nin, Croatia, and enjoy a wonderful holiday in the house Ruza! Stay in a newly renovated 2007, furnished to the German standard panoramic house with direct access to house has a large garden that invites you to extensive sun . There are loungers for relaxation, an open grill, plenty of space for children to play and a warm outdoor shower. From the garden you can go directly to that our own boat, which can accommodate 4-6 people, rent for a nice exit. The berth is right outside the building. The house Ruza accommodate up to 14 people. Very nice family vacation at House Ruza

During the autumn holidays, our family (three adults and one teenager) spent a week in the upper apartment of the holiday home Ruza. The three-bedroom holiday apartment is very well equipped. The size of the living space is completely sufficient for four people. The view from the balcony of the vastness of the sea is a dream. A spiral staircase in the garden leads directly to the beach. There are many excursion destinations in the region, there is something for every age group. We would have liked to stay a little longer! Dear Mrs. and Mr. Crndic, thank you very much for the great time in your holiday home!

Fantastic vacation right on the beach

We had a wonderful time in the upper apartment. There was everything you need and more :-)
We felt very comfortable as a family (2 adults, children 2,6,9). The landlords are very friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to enjoy the view of the sea at breakfast. The location of the house is great. The direct beach access via a spiral staircase is extremely practical. Especially with children, it is very relaxed when you can get water etc. from the house and do not always have to carry everything to the beach. However, we didn't have to worry that our youngest (2 years old) would go to the water alone, as the staircase is secured with a child safety gate. Both the apartment and the outdoor area are very well thought out and child-friendly, the swing as well as the outdoor shower with hot water were used diligently.
It was simply an all-around beautiful vacation and definitely recommended.

Beautiful holiday

We stayed in the lower apartment (2 adults, 2 children), the apartment was perfect for us, all in all a really successful holiday, we found the apartment very well thought-out, there was really everything we needed on holiday, the outdoor shower with hot water was very practical, the landlords very very nice and always accommodating, a sea view while eating, the meadow and the blooming lavender beautiful. It was simply a pleasure to lie on the loungers and look at the sea, and when you go down the stairs, you are immediately on the beach.... What more could you want...
Always happy to come back.

Top location and top equipment.

The house offers everything you need for a cozy holiday in both apartments. Fully equipped kitchens and bedrooms just like at home. The private access to the beach is ideal for short and spontaneous swims with children. Plus, the great view is wonderful at any time of day. The hosts are always friendly and accommodating.
