This modern equipped house with swimming pool is located in the village Krvavići.
Our pool, with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, is a peaceful haven that brings its guests the early morning scent of the Mediterranean and the sunshine.
The spacious rooms are all equipped with air conditioning and LCD TV. Of course you also have WiFi available. There is a large living room with dining area and a kitchen with all appliances and accessories. There are two large bathrooms with shower and bath for relaxing. A floor heating and a fireplace give in the winter days a special touch.
You have 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds.
They have a covered terrace and a large stone barbecue. You can park directly at the house.

If you long for peace and quiet, our villa is certainly the right place for your holiday. We are located in the village Krvavići, Marčana, only 10 km from Pula and 8 km from Duga Uvala and Višnjan. The beaches can be reached in 7-8 minutes by car, and thanks to the indented coast you will certainly find your right spot under the sun, be it on one of the established beaches with umbrellas and deckchairs, on a secluded rock or on a wild beach where you can enjoy like a real Robinson Crusoe.
The location is fantastic as we are less than 10 minutes away from the Istrian airport as well as from all major destinations on the peninsula, Shop, doctor's office, restaurant, cafes ... It is important to emphasize that we are close to the best Istrian cycling routes that satisfy the most demanding tastes and give our guests the perfect pleasure.
