The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1970, renovated in 2000 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in a holiday complex, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger and terrace.

Lido di Jesolo. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a closed plot, limited by a hedce. Exclusive fenced exterior accessible through a gate. Ground floor, just steps from the sand and convenient to all services The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport. 1 parking space is not at the house

POOL NOT USEFUL. On the beach (in front of the residence) there is daily (FREE) entertainment for children and adults organized by an external / municipal entertainment group (1/2 June, July, August, 1/2 1/2 September).

Eat-in kitchen (25 sqm) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV, (6 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 sun lounger). Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 crib and access to the terrace (together with bedroom). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom (walk-through room) with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and bidet.

Included in the price: air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, beach service (2 sunloungers, 1 parasol).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 40% per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 6 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 60 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: baby cot 30 € per bed per stay. bed linen 10 € per person per first time use and changing. hand towels 10 € per person per change. Wireless Internet access 6 € all inclusive per day.

Will definately return, caution ants walk across the room, more funny than it bothers landlord was very nice but does not come in time for the specified office hours
