Newly built detached holiday home directly by the sea and near the beautiful white sandy beaches of "Porto Pinetto" PORTO-PINO in the south of SARDINIA. Great for a relaxed and relaxing holiday for a max. Occupancy of 4-5 adults + 1 toddler. On a floor space of approximately 80 square meters on 2 levels are available to the guest: 1 large living / dining room with fireplace and integrated kitchen - 2 double bedrooms - 1 bedroom with French double bed - 2 bathrooms with shower / WC / bidet - fenced garden area with furnished patio and sea view.
Equipment: TV-SAT - washing machine - air conditioning - fireplace - cot - highchair - microwave - hair dryer - barbecue facilities in the garden area - private parking spaces directly on the property - outdoor shower - sun loungers - parasols.

In about 300 m distance in the direct bay of PORTO PINO with the 2 extensive white beaches are sport + shopping possibilities, bars and restaurants. The beaches of PORTO-PINO are very child friendly and the shallow waters invite only for swimming. Water sports and windsurfing are ideal in this beautiful bay.
Also worth seeing are the gorgeous white sand dunes of PORTO-PINO. The nearest town is "Santa Anna Arresi" about 7 km away.

Nice vacation right on the beach
We spent a very nice vacation with our family in the vacation house LUISA. The location right by the sea was fantastic. The small sandy beach just a few steps away often belonged only to us. We also liked the quiet location, often you could only hear the sound of the sea. You have to experience it!

great location, uncomfortable house
The holiday home is indeed located directly by the water, but to go swimming you have to walk a bit to the right or left first. The photos are deceiving.
It is less suitable for spending time indoors. It is very sparsely and uncomfortably furnished. One can tell that the owners do not spend their holidays there themselves. The beds are very uncomfortable!

Optimal family holiday directly by the sea
We spent 7 very nice days in this holiday home directly by the sea and in a quiet natural location with our 2 children. Especially our children enjoyed the garden, the freedom in nature and the proximity to the small beach every day. We only needed a few steps out of the garden gate over a few rocks and were almost alone on a small sandy beach.
Because of the fantastic weather (35°) almost everything took place outside, because the garden and the furnished terrace with the big sunshade are just inviting for breakfast and dinner. There was often a fish barbecue in the evenings, which we could buy fresh right nearby.
The house was sufficiently equipped for our needs and was very clean when we took possession of it. The contact person also welcomed us in a very friendly manner and was always helpful in all matters.
The nearby bay of PORTO-PINO with its 2 large white sandy beaches and dunes is simply fantastic and we visited it often. Here we also found all shopping facilities and restaurants. So we had everything close by.
The ideal holiday for those who like nature and the sea and want to feel part of it. We look forward to seeing you again!!!!!
