The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1972, renovated in 2013, and furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular because of its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Cot available on request from the landlord. Available for exclusive use: roof terrace with garden furniture and sun umbrella with a view of the Zadar archipelago.

Zadar. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via antenna.

Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly landlord on site, always approachable and helpful.
We especially liked the roof terrace with sea view and shower.

The practical and clean appartment is situated in a small house with a big beautiful garden with many different fruit trees. On the roof terrace, you can enjoy the famous Zadar sundowns. The environs are calm, but you find everything you need: supermarket and good restaurants. To go to Zadar center, it takes only 20 minutes (if you take the ferry boat). The owner of the house is very friendly.
