Eraclea Mare. The bungalow is located on an open garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. TV reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (walk-through room) with TV, (6 seats), gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 6 years).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 65 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: air conditioning 6 € per object per day. hand towels 3 € per person per first time use and changing. Bed linen (please order at booking) 5 € per person per first time use and changing. Baby cot (please order when booking) 30 € per bed per week.

Great location - closeness to the beach, shade of the trees
We appreciated moskyto nets in the windows and the door.

The location was very nice, we had about 150m from the beach.
The house completely infested with mold WSR however and there was no toilet paper available. Not suitable for young people.

Unfortunately, the bungalow was very wet, but the location (about 80 meters to the beach) was perfect!
