Description

We ask you comfortably furnished holiday home with sea views
for 6 persons (160 sq m) with 1 car garage and a car park on
the plot.
The house is planned exclusively and to the highest standards.
The sandy beach is about 50 m.
The house has;
- three bedrooms,
- Two full baths (upper Etage- with whirlpool tub where you can enjoy moments of rest,
lower floor-shower).
- Kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle and coffeemaker.
The house with a fireplace which provides has a large lounge for pleasant hours on cool days, TVs, digital satellite receiver with Arena card reader, DVD recorders and stereo.
Facilities of the house include underfloor heating, and a covered sunny terrace, and a terrace with a magnificent and unforgettable view of the sea.
For children are available cot and high chair and a
Sandpit in the garden.
