In the event of a cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the total rental amount (deposit) will be charged as cancellation costs. After 45 days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental amount is due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Bed linen and hand and bath towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Bed linen costs €50 per double bed per week, €25 per single bed. This price includes 2 hand towels and 1 bath towel per person for rent.

A one-time check-in fee of €70 must also be paid.
