Our very high-quality, barrier-free equipped, light-flooded holiday flat offers you 3 bedrooms with TV - two with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds. You have 2 modernly designed bathrooms - with sauna, whirlpool and walk-in showers. In addition, there is a fully equipped country kitchen and two sunny balconies that invite you to enjoy a meal outside. The beach chair on the south-facing balcony makes sunbathing perfect. The tasteful furnishings in solid wood are convincing and the lift takes you comfortably to the first floor.
There is a lockable bicycle room with charging station for electric bikes in the courtyard. Each flat has a parking space. Washing machine and dryer, as communal facilities, are located in a separate room in the house

The "Residenz Horumersiel" is located in the centre of Horumersiel. The bakery, ice cream parlour, restaurants, bicycle rental and shops are right next door. The village square, and thus the centre of the village, is right on the doorstep. The beach, the harbour, the thermal baths, the rehabilitation centre and the spa administration are also within walking distance. All kinds of activities await you in the surrounding area. From countless cycle paths to surfing courses, water skiing, stand-up paddling, pedal boating, mudflat walks, football golf, pony rides, the castle museum and the Jever brewery, you will find it all.

Beautiful, more beautiful, the most beautiful.
Another relaxing vacation in the "Residenz" is over - what a bummer!
We can't wait to be back soon. Our goal is to test all 7 Residenz apartments and capture the best one as our second home. But after the first three apartments, we can't decide which one should be our favorite... Where is this going?
Anyway! All apartments are top class and worth at least one visit. We're looking forward to next time!

Well-maintained apartment and committed landlords.
We had a fantastic time in this great apartment. Very spacious and brilliantly designed. The very friendly landlords apparently have a lot of experience and certainly engage extensively in renting out. We find that fabulous! Everything was clean and well maintained.
Thank you very much, and we recommend the vacation rental without any restrictions.
