The apartment is located in a 1A downtown location at the legendary Admiral Palace, parallel to the Friedrichstrasse in Berlin a historic townhouse.
The house was built about 1900 for apartments of senior officers of the emperor.
It is located right in the theater, government and museum district of Berlin.
Landmarks such as the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Museum Island, Unter den Linden, Gendarmenmarkt, Hackescher Markt and
TV tower; numerous theaters such as Deutsches Theater, Berlin Ensemble and FriedrichstadtPalast, as well as world famous museums like the Pergamon Museum and the Jewish Museum ... everything is within easy walking distance.
The Friedrichstrasse station (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, regional train, tram, taxi, direct connection to Schönefeld Airport) is only 150 meters away. Here are also supermarket and bakers.
Buses for city tours, the boat pier for a ride on the river as well as a large number of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs are nearby.
Still, you live absolutely quiet as the apartment is located in a leafy, monumental courtyard.

Leider schmutzig
The apartment is really well located and has adequate amenities. The key handover was smooth. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not anywhere near the level of the price (it had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time)! We could have definitely reported this promptly, but in the few days of our stay, we didn't want to have a cleaning crew around us! The furniture was quite worn out. The conclusion: disappointing for a generous half-thousand rent for 3 nights. After later contact with the landlord, improvement was promised - you will find out. . .
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday

Da mir die Zufriedenheit meiner Gäste sehr wichtig ist, möchte ich mich hiermit nochmals für die unzureichende Sauberkeit der Wohnung entschuldigen. Leider musste ich urlaubsbedingt eine Vertretung einsetzen und diese hat, wie ich jetzt feststellen muss, sehr nachlässig gearbeitet. Das wird in der Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen und künftige Gäste werden eine "blitzblanke" Wohnung vorfinden. Die entsprechenden Einrichtungsgegenstände werde ich durch neue ersetzen.
Ich freue mich auch weiterhin, allen Berlinbesuchern eine Top-zentrale, ruhige Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand und praktisch möbliert zur Verfügung zu stellen.
