Our cozy holiday house is quietly situated on the outskirts of Köstendorf and offers a fantastic view over the valley – ideal for all who seek nature, relaxation, and Austrian hospitality. In our holiday home, two spacious holiday apartments (65 m² & 75 m²) await you, offering space for up to 10 people together. You will be staying right next to our private house – familiar, cordial, and with great attention to detail.

Beyond this set period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees: - Up to 3 weeks before the arrival day, the deposit will be retained. - Up to 1 week before the arrival day, 70% of the total arrangement price will be charged. - In the last week before the arrival day, 90% of the total arrangement price will be charged.
