The entrance to your holiday home leads via an external staircase and the terrace directly into the living kitchen with doors to all rooms. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on double pull-out couch, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (6 seats), gas hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower facility, washing machine, shower, WC, hairdryer and window.

The hosting of parties and events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 100 € per object per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 5 nights) obligatory 187,50 € per booking per stay.
