The beach and the quiet location.
To the house:
The gasboiler was empty on arrival and would have to be replaced. We just wanted to cook and had to wait about 40 minutes for the technician. Three of four gas plates did not go, we cleaned 2 ourselves, then they worked. The electricity has failed in the first 4 days every day, although we had not connected too much. Never again.
