The standig individually villa is modern and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Entertainment program for children - from 13/05.
Location
Albarella. The villa is located on a closed garden plot with meadow and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has different types of accommodation: small apartments, townhouses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pools. they are in the tourist center VEN ROV 040, VEN ROV 071 -078. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favorite sport.
Located in the Po Delta Natural Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean scrub, covered by 2 million trees of 150 different tree species, for example. Maritime pine and poplar, also called "Populus Alba", from which the island takes its name.
Fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat here. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. The access goes via a field or forest path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house. Parking for 2 cars nearby.

Pool
Outdoor pool (8 m x 3.5 m, depth 1.50 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the beginning of September. The holiday home has a swimming pool for exclusive use. The photos of the house are for illustrative purposes only. In addition, there is a swimming pool complex in the sports center (1 Olympic pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools) can be used, open from: 13.05.23 - 10.09.23 (depending on the weather). The sports center is 1 to 3 kilometers from the complex.

Ground floor: Living room (walk-through room) with sitting area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, parasol, together with eat-in kitchen). Bedroom with 1 double bed and (only suitable under the year of 3). Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox) and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, safe and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.
