For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Entertainment program for children - from 13/05.
Location
Albarella. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has various types of accommodation: small apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can choose a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favourite sport.
Located in the Po Delta Nature Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean maquis, with 2 million trees of 150 different species, for example maritime pine and poplar, also called “Populus Alba”, from which the island takes its name.
Fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat here. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house. Parking for 2 cars nearby.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to early September, 8 m x 3.5 m, 1.50 m deep). The holiday home features a swimming pool for exclusive use. Photos of the house are for illustration purposes only. In addition, there is a swimming pool facility at the sports centre (1 Olympic pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools), open from: 17.05.25 - 07.09.25 (weather dependent). The sports centre is located 1-3 kilometres from the complex.

Golf in Golf Club Albarella 1100 m. Fishing, boat dock each 3 km in Porto turistico. Dog beach in Spiaggia Capo Nord 3 km. Tennis in Tennis Farm 1100 m. The distance to the sea varies greatly depending on the location of the house. In addition, the water is quickly accessible from everywhere and guests can swim both at the beach (from Nordkap or Mare Vostrum) and in the fjords. Usually, the first swim by bike takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

The entrance to your villa is on the ground floor, is at ground level, and leads directly into the kitchen-living room. The villa is part of a one, two, or three-family villa and is arranged on one or two levels.
Ground Floor: Living Room (pass-through room) with seating area, TV, dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol, shared with kitchen-living room) and ON REQUEST, an additional person can be accommodated at the price of €15.00 per night (payable on site). Bedroom with 1 double bed, (suitable for under 3 years) and 1 cot. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, and WC.
1st Floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and WC.
