Castiglione della Pescaia. The bungalow is located on an enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (paved). Parking on the property.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with (induction hob), refrigerator (freezer compartment) and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer.
