The villa is functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location in the forest and by the water.

San Vincenzo. The villa is located in a holiday complex, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The complex consists of 252 villas, 116 hotel rooms and 34 residences. The resort is set in a centuries-old park adjacent to the Rimigliano Park, only 7 km from the Gulf of Baratti. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Wonderful place with a very nice beach.
The house was clean and well decorated.
Positive through and through. Unfortunately, the restaurants on the square are expensive (except for the pizzeria).
