San Vincenzo. The villa is located in a holiday complex, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The complex consists of 252 houses, 116 hotel rooms and 34 residences. The resort is set in a centuries-old park bordering the Rimigliano Park, just 7 km from the Gulf of Baratti. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
