Description
The standig individually hut is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and secluded hillside location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

Location
Sankt Kilian, 490 m above sea level. The hut is located on a 6000 sqm, open plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Natural plot with 7 cottages. The property is located in the Thuringian Forest near the Biosphere Reserve Vesser. View of the countryside. The access goes via a field or forest path (unpaved, length 100 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). Use central parking in the town only in winter when much snow.

The entrance in your hut leads over 4 stages and an outside staircase and the terrace directly in the living room.
Ground floor: Living room (20 sqm) with sitting area, TV, radio, dining area (5 seats) and access to the terrace. Kitchen (5 sqm) with electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom (10 sqm) with 3 single beds. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 2 single beds.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: parking place, water.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 5 € all inclusive per day (30.04.24-30.09.24), electricity 10 € all inclusive per day (25.11.23-30.04.24, 30.09.24-02.11.24), final cleaning 50 € per object per stay. On request: bed linen 6 € per person per stay.

The environment was very nice.
The ravine to the Finnhütten is dangerous to cross and must be made safe and roadworthy.
The lighting in the area was completely missing, a major source of danger, as the paved paths are sometimes wobbly or broken.
