The standalone mobile home is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.
Holiday resort
Local category 4 stars, reception, 1 restaurant, bar and laundromat. The on-site restaurant serves regional specialties and pizzas, with the option to order takeaway meals. Additionally, there is a bar and an ice cream parlour for a cool refreshment on hot summer days.
A small shop is available on the campsite for daily needs, and two supermarkets are located about 2 km away.
Amenities include a laundry service and free Wi-Fi (hotspot). For an additional fee, guests can use the wellness centre with a bio sauna, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna.

Location
St. Peter am Kammersberg, 800 m above sea level. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on a 50,000 sqm garden plot with meadow and trees. This beautiful site, situated at an altitude of 800 meters in the picturesque Katschtal valley, offers an authentic Austrian landscape, surrounded by unspoiled nature. Forests, streams, lakes, mountains, and charming castles in the surrounding area make it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or for those who love outdoor activities and adventure. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. The facility has two swimming pools, one of which is partially heated, ideal for adults and children. Equipped with sun loungers and parasols (subject to availability), there is also a partially heated children's lagoon. The swimming pools are open from 15 June to 31 August 2026, weather permitting.

Leisure
In the complex: table tennis. Animation for children. A children's entertainment programme is offered in July and August. There are two outdoor playgrounds, a small educational farm, a library, table tennis tables, a football pitch and water games for the whole family. Horse-drawn carriage rides and a sauna (€7.00 for two hours), which is also accessible to children under adult supervision, are available for a fee. Bicycles can be hired and a golf course is 20 km away.

The location and the size of the campsite was great. Unfortunately the terrace was full of cobwebs and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned this year. Fly screens in front of the windows and doors would certainly have been an advantage. And we found it very bad that in Austria, as Austrians, we have to speak English in order to communicate.
