Description

The detached holiday home is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Črnomelj, 250 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Wine huts or Židanice, as they are called in Slovenian, are located in the hills of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina. In the past, a Zidanica served as a wine store and as a place where the winemaker could host his closest friends. Vineyard Cottage is located on a quiet and peaceful vineyard hill in the Bela Krajina region. The cottage is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages with a marvellous view of the surrounding vineyard hills. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Fishing in Kolpa river 13 km. In winter: Ski lift 20 km in Črmošnjice. (SC Gače). Ski rental, ski school, cross-country ski trails each 20 km in Gače.

Kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, hairdryer and window.
2nd floor: Living room with 2 additional beds on double pull-out sofa, seating area and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
