The standig individually holiday home is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location.
For sole use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Črnomelj, 250 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Vineyard Cottages or Zidanice as they are called in Slovene are situated in the hills of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the old days Zidanice were used to store wine and as a place where vineyard master could host his closest friends. Vineyard Cottage is located on quiet and peaceful vineyard hill in Bela Krajina region. Cottage is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages with a marvelous view on surrounding vineyard hills.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony. Kitchen with dining area (4 seats), access to the balcony, electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, hairdryer and window.
2nd floor: Living room with sitting area and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
